Solar hot water panel to refurbish

Here’s a 3′x6′ solar hot water panel I plan to fix up and use. I can get some more of these for free. Looks like they mostly need some cleanup and TLC. 2 of these would be good for a home hot water system. !0 of them could be used for home heating.

It is black. It’s a very matte black, with some dust on it, so it does look oddly faded and brown in the video.
