People have been aware that the sun’s energy can be harnessed to power various devices and machines for years, but it is not until recently that the technology and the motivation has pushed people to seriously consider solar energy as a viable power source.
If you have ever had any questions about anything solar, this is the prefect place to look for answers. http://solarlpower.com has a wide range of information about solar energy, solar heating, solar panels, etc. Besides, it also helps debunk the myth that building solar panels at home is expensive.

Of all the things we sometimes take for granted in our lives our health; indoor plumbing; even fresh air its water that is becoming the most endangered commodity of all.
Headlines from around the world tell a story of water shortages, famine, and disease. Here in the U.S., Texas, Florida and California, all suffer severe drought and fire.
This video provides an overview of the first, ever, floating, autonomous, eco-friendly, and cost-efficient, desalination unit on the planet. The EU commissioned this project and a proof-of-concept.
On a special patented floating platform, reminiscent of an off-shore semi-submersible drilling rig, photovoltaic systems and a wind turbine, produce and supply energy to a desalination unit, which uses reverse osmosis to produce potable water from the sea. This award-winning unit was developed as a proof of concept with the European Union and has been in operation since 2007.
Approximately 70% of the worlds population lives within 50 miles of shore. The unit can complement existing facilities during drought, aid in fires, tsunami relief, hurricanes, earthquakes and military use.
We are looking to bring this technology to market, preferably in the U.S.; however, other regions are also being researched.

A home solar dish that activates a Stirling engine and moves a 3 kilowatt/hour power generator would make most electrical power generation and distribution grids, obsolete. This small, apparently insignificant Solar Generator installed at each of the 124 million households in America would deliver the energy that is needed to power up homes for heating, lights, cooking, water heater, TV sets and all the electrical amenities required to provide modern human comfort, now and years to come. A small equipment or appliance could solve a problem of gigantic proportions and would surely provide a more sustainable and new world order.
